Cancellation Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your online course from ExP. If, however, you wish to cancel your booking for any reason please note the following:

Cancellation of your online course

If you wish to cancel your ExP online course you may do so at any time within 7 days of receipt of your log in details for your course. We regret that no refunds can be given if you have accessed your online course and/or starting using your study materials. Please email info@theexpgroup.com if you would like to cancel your course. If your cancellation request satisfies our criteria for a refund (namely that you request a refund within 7 days of receiving your log in details and you haven’t accessed your online course and/or started using your study materials) we will issue a refund of the course fee and terminate your online enrolment.
